RYCOR INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility
The program applies to referrals for landscape design and/or landscape construction services provided by RYCOR Landscapes.

Qualified Referral
A referral is valid where the client is new to RYCOR Landscapes and the introduction is made prior to any direct engagement with our team.

Referral Recognition
Referral benefits apply where the referring partner is identified at the time of introduction and acknowledged by RYCOR.

Referral Benefits
25% Design Fee — payable when a referred client proceeds with a paid landscape design
2% Construction Contract — payable upon final client payment for project

Payment Terms
Referral benefits are payable once the relevant stage has been secured and paid by the client:
Design: upon receipt of full design payment
Construction: upon receipt of client deposit

Payment will be made following receipt of a valid invoice from the referring partner to RYCOR Landscapes.

Exclusions
Referral benefits do not apply to existing RYCOR clients, prior enquiries, or works outside the original contracted scope.

Non-Transferable
Referral benefits are non-transferable and payable only to the original referring partner unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Program Amendments
RYCOR Landscapes reserves the right to amend or withdraw the program at any time.
Confirmed referrals will be honoured under the original terms.

General
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms. RYCOR Landscapes retains final discretion in determining eligibility and referral validity.
